I have made a new series. :D
It is a Renovation Tutorial type thing.
I pick houses from the Sims Game, and I renovate them room by room.

A lot of people have told me it is a really cool idea, so I advise you to check it out! :D

The first season is Cottage Cheese in Sunset Valley.

The second season is Capitola A in Sunset Valley

The third season will either be the Goth Mansion or mw1234 is going to make a house for me to do. (Yeah, if I choose mw1234, it'll be a special, since it isn't a premade house.)

First Renovation! :D



This house is called Shotgun Style - 2br, 2ba. It is located in Sunset Valley. Obviously, it isn't going to be as cheap as the originial, it is quite expensive now. :P But I hope you all like it! If you do, check the "love it!" Thought below. If you hate it, check the "hate it!", and if you are so-so, check the "eh", and lastly, if you want me to upload it, check the "i want it!" thought.

Sorry, I know I said I'd post pictures either last night or earlier today, but I got a little busy. I'm working on it right now, and I just have the bathroom, and a few finishing touches to do with the first house. Hope you guys like it! It's not a big house. It's one of the really cheap starters from Sunset Valley. It won't be cheap after I am done with it, though. :P

Hey y'all! I made this blog to post pictures of my renovations on the premade houses in the Sims 3. You Simmers can comment on them and post what you think about them. And if you like them enough, you can ask me to upload them to the Exchange! My first renovation will probably be posted either later on today, or tomorrow when I get home from school! Hope you enjoy this blog. :)

Also, as you can see, it is under contruction. I will make it pretty when I have more time on my hands.
